We are confident you will find the solutions and services you are looking for, so we do not have any requirements or punishments for canceling.

Are there any additional costs?

Of course, NOT!
The monthly fee for each package includes all operating expenses of CleverPPC and unlimited use of the tool (within the limits of the plan).

Is there technical support?

Yes! We are committed to giving our customers the best possible tech support.
Any technical issues regarding our tools will be resolved within 48 hours. If we are unable to resolve your problem within this timeframe, CleverPPC will refund you for the affected days.

How do I configure the tools?

Each of our tools come with instructional videos which guide you through the initial configuration steps. If a configuration problem appears, do not hesitate to contact us by using the contact form on our website. We will respond within 12 hours.

How does the refund work?

Something has gone wrong? This is not what you expected?
If at this point, you think that the best option is the refund, it is because we have not been able to keep our commitments.
In cases in which a refund is granted, the refund will be sent automatically to the customer via their chosen payment method.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Of course!
If you would like to change your plan, contact us. Within 24 hours your account will be updated.
